Toosii released Platinum Heart 2 on October 23 through South Coast Music Group and Capitol Records. The thirteen-track project returns to the title of his 2020 release, placing a new set of songs alongside an earlier chapter of his catalog.

Hunxho appears on First Night, while YoungBoy Never Broke Again joins Please Don’t Go. The running order opens with Lil Terrio and includes Highway Love, Soul Ties, Boot Up and Nights Prayed. The announcement identifies TrillGotJuice as the producer of Boot Up.

The sequel and the live schedule

The album arrives ahead of the Platinum Nights Tour, announced for November 17–24 with stops including Houston, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Washington and Detroit. The artist’s own listings provide the current venue and ticket details.

For an introduction to the record, the shared title offers a specific comparison with 2020: how does an artist revisit the emotional frame of an earlier project while bringing different collaborators into it? That question can be followed through writing and sequencing without assuming that a sequel repeats the first release’s arrangements.

The guest tracks are useful reference points, but the solo selections form most of the album. Hearing those alongside the collaborations gives a fuller view of the project than treating its features as a complete summary. The linked label statement contains the original track list and tour announcement.
