Olympic Figure Skating Gala: Alysa Liu, Ilia Malinin Shine During Final Skates In Milan
Ilia Malinin, Alysa Liu, and several of figure skating’s biggest names returned to the ice one last time during the Milan Cortina Games.

Saturday’s exhibition gala marked the final on-ice appearance of the top figure skaters from the 2026 Winter Olympics.
American standouts Ilia Malinin, Alysa Liu, Amber Glenn, along with ice dance duo Madison Chock and Evan Bates, headlined the night with polished closing performances, while others embraced a more playful tone — including Kazakhstan’s Mikhail Shaidorov, who skated in his now-famous panda costume.
There was no judging and there were no medals on the line, just another opportunity for these superb skaters to entertain as they have done throughout the Milan Cortina Games.
