The sitting disease

Research has it that during the initial stages when the employee has to get accustomed to performing tasks like typing, writing etc, while on the treadmill, productivity dropped and the employees were exhausted. But, gradually they started improving. There was a marked improvement in communication, interaction with colleagues, mental agility and sleep quality. This had a rebound effect on diabetes and other health issues like osteoporosis, cholesterol and other obesity related issues. They also noticed that the employees had a happy disposition and they are extremely happy about it.
